Fit to you is a Formby-based company servicing the North West of England and dedicated to getting people fit.
The concept is simple. We’re here to get you fit. After hearing countless excuses about why people don’t make fitness part of their lives, we’ve decided to remove the obstacles. We’ll conduct in-house personal training sessions to fit your schedule. All we require is about 8ft by 8ft of space and you; we’ll bring the rest including loads of enthusiasm and all the motivation you’ll need to achieve great results.
We specialise in a number of training techniques
including traditional body weight exercises, kettle bell training and the latest fitness kick boxing from North America. Our equipment includes mats, Swiss ball, medicine ball, skipping rope, tubing, kettle bells, kick pads and gloves which can all be used to create a challenging, versatile, and results-driven workout. We train clients ranging from complete beginners wanting to lose weight, get fit and improve general appearance to elite athletes wanting to improve in their chosen sport.
We have helped numerous clients to get fitness back into their lives and stay strong and healthy for years to come.
