Our fully certified trainers will come to you, anytime from 6:00am – 9:00pm, seven days a week and we don’t charge extra for travel time.

We listen to you…

We will spend time understanding your lifestyle, expectations, goals and challenges. We will asses your current diet and offer advice on how to improve it to help you achieve your aims. We will complete a comprehensive assessment of your current condition including flexibility, strength and endurance and we will take your measurements so we can benchmark you to see your improvements and successes along the way. And you’ll feel some benefits too like improved self–esteem, enhanced body image, increased energy and just feeling great all of which result from regular, quality exercise.

My Fit to You trainer is organised, efficient and extremely competent and he is always on time. His communication skills are excellent and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my quest to become fit. He has a wealth of information regarding exercise, diet, and general well-being. I learn a great deal from him and I feel totally confident and comfortable in his abilities.
